I paid our blue book retail for a used truck becuase of the outstanding experience at Performance Kia. 1st your service group did a great job of documenting the status of the vehicle and fixing the items required for safety. 2nd your sales person Kris worked to quickly build a relationship, quickly got answers to questions and followed up with me. Ron professionally filled in Kris’ product gaps so I knew the vehicle I was buying. And finally, Kris & Ron worked hard to fix the final item necessary for me to buy the vehicle. All was a great experience and I would do business here again.

I have now purchased 5 cars through Performance Kia, the very first from Today’s (GM) who was originally the Internet manager. Unfortunately the GM Mike was not involved in our previous sale and I could not have been more disappointed in the experience and felt I would never walk on the lot again. I first met current Internet Manager Anthony Moskaluk and shared my hesitation about coming back. From the start Anthony took ownership of my previous service experience even though he had not been involved. With a massive pile of Medical Debt, newly divorced I knew this would be a tough negotiation. Thanks to Anthony and my favorite (GM) Petre that couldn’t be furthest from the truth. I gave them my budget and they were able to get me the car I wanted staying within the budget and I know that was not easy. Because of Today’s experience, I can’t imagine a scenario that doesn’t have me as a life long Performance Kia Client. Thank you Anthony & Mike for renewing my faith in your company as well as giving me the vehicle I needed but most of all wanted.

I came in to see the Kia Soul. Jeff Long greeted me as I entered the showroom. I told him what I wanted. He showed me the basic model in Alien Green. Cool car, with standard features. It helps that, he too, is an owner of a Kia Soul. He told me about some of the features and their uses. Did I say cool? Oh Yeah! Big Thumbs up to Performance Kia and Jeff Long!
This week was car shopping Hell, bad dealerships, bait, switch, poor follow through + smarty sales people all around the puget sound, Until I came to Performance Kia. I followed up with Catherine Pool to let her know I was so frustrated with buying a car that I was ready to just give up, she told me Performance Kia was different and that they all went through extra training in customer service + how to treat people the way they want to be treated. Most importantly she listened to and didn’t push! She convinced me to try just one more dealership and I was glad I did the A Class service was comparable to the 4 Seasons Hotel. I felt like a real person not a dollar sign. I was welcomed but not in a vulture-way. I felt valued and like I bought a car here or not I was still important and they were glad I came by. I was in excellent hands with Quincy, my sales person. He listened to what I wanted and found the perfect car for our family, they always helped entertain my energetic 3.5 year old son! Quincy and his team were knowledgeable, friendly and very accommodating. I bought my new KIA and can’t wait to come visit the team in April for my 1st Service!

My wife and I arrived at Preformance Kia July 2, 2005 and immediately were made welcome. Quincy in sales spearheaded our hunt for the car we needed and made the whole time one of “feeling like we were family ” with no pressure to purchase and enjoy shopping. We chose a Spectra and have never had any regrets. We have had all service done by Preformance Kia and (as a service manager, myself ) I have nothing but good things to say about the total process. The facility is excellent, including the service bays and the entire crew has the feeling of “wanting to make you feel comfortable”. After 6 years, each and every time (and I have had all the service at the recommended intervials) Quincy never fails to make an appearance and greet me by name and ask to “my family”. The man has an amazing memory. Courtney in Service has been very professional and I can’t think of someone I’de rather have to do business with. As to service pricing .. Very competive and I believe that you get what you pay for .. I have 4 more years on my warranty and I won’t take this car any place else. I was licensed to repair vehicles in California in 1974 and have retired. Normaly, I would not let anyone touch my “ride”, but I told them at purchase .. “It is yours (service wise) until the 10 warranty is up.” I have not been disappointed and you shouldn’t be either !

I purchased my 1999 Sportage from Gil in 1999. He gave me exactly what I wanted. In 2011 I stopped in for a test drive and was quoted a higher price on a new sportage. I called Gil and went back in. I did another test drive and Gil got me my new Sportage at the price I wanted to pay. Courtney in Service is also exceptional. I have been in and out of service with my 1999 Sportage with 200k miles and she always helped me. I would only buy my next Kia (which will be a Sorento) from Gil Just tell him what you want to pay and he will not try to jerk you around.

Eligibility for the specialty incentive program, and eliminate making copies of Military ID’s. If your unaware, this is a violation of Title 18 U.S.C. 701. 701. Remember these are America’s heroes, they deserve your trust!

Just wanted to relay my sincere thanks for a great buying experience at Performance a few weeks ago. Like others I have had some bad experiences buying from dealerships so I went in feeling quite defensive! After a few minutes talking with Rob I relaxed and went on a test drive. 45 minutes later we agreed on a deal. Rob did a great job listening and didn’t press me to buy a new car right then! I came in with a pre-approval from my credit union and my credit union said all I needed to do was fax the info to them about the vehicle. When I came into the dealership they made me fill out another credit app for the same credit union. I dont know why I had to do this because I was already pre-approved! but overall it was a great experience and I left with the car I wanted!
